1. How to use Graphics and Charts.

First, open Microsoft Power Point and then click the slides on the side bar and select layout
then choose title and content.

Step 2, if you want use the SmartArt Graphics do the same things click the title and content.
After that select Insert SmartArt Graphics

And then choose SmartArt Graphics you want.


If you want use Bar Chart, do the same things, and then select chartfrom the selection.





2. How To Running Presentation.

First , select slide show and then choose From Beginning and click. The presentation will be
running automatically.

What I have from learning Microsoft Power Point is, I know how to do the presentation using
Microsoft Power point. How to edit and setting. On the same time I know how to running
presentation.
