Using Graphic And Animation Software

1. Open a picture file Country Flag.

2. Use the Rectangular Marquee Tool use (M) and set Feather 30, make a rectangular cover 80%
of the flag like the image.

3. Click Filter > Distort > Wave. Set up like the picture below or to suit your image and according to
your own tastes to heart fluttered flags appeared.

4. Then click OK.

5. Use your creativity so that you appear more attractive flag.

See now you are already flying your flag.
