In order to set up "oo#la$ for t3is website' 6ou first need to 3a8e a ser8er installed on
w3ic3 "oo#la$ can run. T3e easiest wa6 to set up a ser8er on 6our own co#puter is to use
XAMPP. If 6ou are installin( "oo#la$ on a web 3ost' please c3ec. out t3e ;<fficial "oo#la

Note: The following instructions are based on a Windows install. Other operating
systems will be similar but slightly different. Please refer to the XAMPP installation
manual for your operating system.
