• Carried out a detailed analysis on Crushing Unit and developed flowcharts and
measurements for optimum fine reduction in crushing.
• Successfully carried out a project in reduction of magnetite loss in coal processing.

• Homi Bhabha Science Award for written examination by Bombay Teacher’s


Association in the year 2003.
• Ranked 23th in Mumbai in Maharashtra State Scholarship test.
• Rank 5266 in IIT-JEE 2007 where over 3,00,000 students participated.

Positions of Responsibility

 Finance and Marketing Co-ordinator, Kartavya, NGO run by ISM students.


(Kartavya is an NGO that caters to the educational needs of slum children and provides overall
development of society by medical facilities and vocational training plans. It covers over 750
children and is 200 families. )
• Responsible for Generation and Management of a budget of over 17,00,000INR for the
session 2009-10 .
• Co-ordinated presentations in Shell India, Cairn Energy, Tata Steel and Coal India
Limited for expansion plans of the society.
• Played a significant role in generation of the previous budget of 12,00,000INR for the
session 2008-2009 in the finance team.
• Head of the Kartavya finance team consisting of 13 members.

 Founder and Marketing Director-Awalamban


(Awalamban is a urban slum employment institution initiated by me with four other colleagues to
provide training and further employment to the needy by the production of notebooks , incense sticks and
other handicrafts)
• Initiated in September 2009.
• Carried out sales of over 5000 units of long notebooks in the month of November
accounting a sum over 1,00,000INR.
• Estimated budget of around 14,50,000 INR for the year 2009-2010.
• Presently working to establish a marketing agency in Dhanbad for incense sticks.
