Potato 250 gm (boiled & cubed)


2. Cauliflower 500 gm (cooked)
3. Tomato 2 medium
4. Onion 2
5. Ginger & Garlic 1 tablespoon each
6. Greenchilli 2
7. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
8. Chillipowder 1 tablespoon
9. Garammasala 1 teaspoon
10. Cashew Paste 1/2 cup
11. Milk 1/4 cup
12. Coriander leaves
13. Ghee 1-2 tablespoon
14. Salt
Heat ghee in a pan & saute greenchilli, ginger & garlic for 3 minutes. Add the onion and saute till
it becomes soft & lightly brown colour. Add masala powders & stir for 5 minutes.Add tomatoes
and salt and saute till it becomes soft. Add cashew paste & mix well. Add cauliflower,potato and
coriander leaves. Mix well. Add milk & simmer for 5 minutes.
Cashew Paste : soak 10-15 cashews in 1/4 cup hot water for 10 minutes & grind to a smooth
paste.
