Partial audit (6 files) of agency TCLEOSE credentialing files conducted with Office Administrator Rachel Lombrano. Listed documents missing from files- 30 day compliance notice given. The SO has been
holding the certificates of most of the Telecommunicators for the 911 Central Dispatch, which has its own agency number. The SO will be correcting by separating all Telecommunicators, who will then be
picked up by 911. Made Lombrano aware of new PHS requirements, changes to L3, and reminded of Racial Profiling report. F5r completed on-site for Paulsen, Lane.
