This notice invites you to attend an informational public meeting for the existing
Perr drill site. The Perr site is located at 2825 S Cooper Street in Arlington Texas.

The new gas drilling ordinance for the City of Arlington now requires us to
permit a specific drill zone in which all future gas wells will be drilled. All new
wells will be drilled from the existing pad site, but the drill zone now has to be
specifically defined with a legal description of its boundary. This meeting will
review the plans for the drill zones, and provide an update on overall operations.
