Magic Square!

The Magic Square chosen for this example is 6.

The numbers we are going to use to create the magic square are:
6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 54
The sum of these numbers is 270. If you divide 270 by 3 you will get your magic number of 90.
This means that every column, row, and diagonal in your magic square will add to equal 90.
The eight combinations needed are:
6 + 30 + 54 = 90
6 + 36 + 48 = 90
12 + 24 + 54 = 90
12 + 30 + 48 = 90
12 + 36 + 36 = 90
18 + 30 + 42 = 90
18 + 24 + 48 = 90
24 + 30 + 36 = 90

TIP: Start with the first number (6) and add to
another two numbers until you get three
numbers that equal 90.
EXAMPLE: 6 + 12 = 18 (90 18 = 72)
We do not have a magic number 72. Therefore,
those numbers do not work together. If we try
adding 6 + 30 = 36 (90 36 = 54), we have the
number 54 so we then know that
6 + 30 + 54 = 90
would be our first combination.
