    With due respect it is stated that I am ex-student of MBA (HR) of -----,University of -------
    having good moral character.
    Now Department of ----, university of ---- offered Capacity Building Program (weekend only) under P&D
    Department, university of Peshawar and I am interested to apply, but the registration fee is too much
    and I am unable to pay.
    It is therefore requested that waived off registration fee for the course.
    I will be thankful for this act of kindness.
