Dear Sir,

As the Physical Education (P.E.) department of __________ believes in holistic and

healthy development of its students which does not only showcases their academic skills, but
also their talents in all aspects.
In line with this, the department would like to conduct an audition for the search of its
new members for the drum and lyre team, this is to create a team that will definitely represent the
school and develop the skills of the students in different instruments involve.
Moreover, to represent the school in the line of pageantry—the department would like to
conduct a selection to filter students with potentials in joining the search for the next Mr. & Ms.

To further extend the school’s vision and mission, the above mentioned activities are
carried out to create more room for development and active learning for the students. The
following activities will be set to schedule upon approval.
