Dear Sir/Madam,
PROPOSAL FOR FORMATION OF RARE HEART CLUB

I hope this letter finds you well. I write to present a proposal for the formation of
Rare Heart as a club in Archbishop Andoh School. Rare Heart is an institution
under The Such as I Have Initiative, a GES approved program that focuses on
supplementing academic curriculum through a combination of soft and hard skill
development, in the capacity of leadership and skill training, talent grooming,
and sports, to foster complete self-development among students, and welfare
through scholarships and donations. As an establishment under this vision, we
are dedicated to promoting a complete holistic training of students which will
prepare them completely for life after basic education. We pilot programs that
train students in harnessing the power of their minds, which will help them in
planning and execution of their goals and even help in financial management at
young ages. We also initiate programs that will foster leadership skills, value
building, and communication skills among students. These and more we believe
will empower students so much and make them holistically prepared for the next
stage of their lives.

We wholeheartedly understand the importance of providing extra support to JHS

3 students duly because of their preparation for their Basic Education Certificate
Examination (BECE). If given the opportunity, we want to organize weekly
meetings which will involve a variety of prayer and interactive sessions which
provides a space for guidance and support.
We will invite personnels from the Ghana Education Service, Non-Governmental
Organizations (NGOs) and the corporate world to engage with the final year
students. We also hope to create a safe - space where these students can openly
discuss their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Our sessions will focus on
promoting mental wellness and strength and equipping them with strategies to
positively impact society. These initiatives, which when complemented with their
academic efforts, will bring success to their doorsteps.

We kindly request the school's support and permission to establish Rare Heart as
a club. We believe that by working together, we can make a meaningful
difference in the lives of the students and even to their entire school at large.
Empowering students who will make differences in their society will in surely
make your school a school of choice. We would be honored to have the
opportunity to meet with you and further discuss our proposal. We are confident
that through collaboration, we can create a nurturing space for students to
thrive mentally, emotionally, and socially. We are open to suggestions and eager
to make this partnership a success.
