Hi, my name is tehara, and im guessing you know why im standing up here today to give a speech.

Obviously, becausing im a great candidate for the role of student counsellor, and I hope to convince
you of this later on.

First and foremost, my goal is to ensure that each and everyone of your voices are heard, valued, and
respected. I am here to be your representativ, I will actively seek out your ideas, concerns, and
suggestions, and I will bring them to the attention of the administration. urthermore, I believe that
effective leadership is not just about making decisions, but about actively engaging with the student
body. I will establish an open-door policy, where Your opinions matter, and I will be commited to use
all your voices to shape the future of our school.

I firmly believe that together, we are stronger, which is why I will create opportunities for
collaboration, celebration, and engagement. Whether it be through cultural events, community
service initiatives, or sporting activities, I am dedicated to cultivating a school environment where
everyone feels valued. I also understand that our education is not limited to textbooks and
classrooms, so I strive to enhance our academic environment by advocating for many different
innovative teaching opportunities. Equally important is our collective well-being. I recognize the
immense pressure that we face as students, and I am committed to promoting mental health,
wellness, and balance within our school community.I strive to improve access to mental health
resources, and create spaces where well-being is prioritized. Together, we will create an environment
where every student feels supported and valued.
