GOALS

 To establish campuses within Cebu that give Montessori education.

 To produce well educated, experienced, competent, and responsible individuals to

achieve their full potential.

 To provide a safe working atmosphere for existing and aspiring workers, in which they

can improve their full teaching and student facilitation ability.

 To build a community of harmony, empowerment, and coherence.

OBJECTIVES

 The annual assessment for possible improvements in its facilities for the learning,

creativity, and exploration of the children.

 The constant impartation of a positive vibe towards its stakeholders. 

 Assist each child in developing self-confidence as an independent learner.

 Forster a secure and safe environment conducive to the children's comfortable learning.

 Provide faculty and staff annual training and seminars that will help them guide each

child's capabilities.

 Reserve enough funds out of its annual net profit within 5 years to fund a new campus

within Cebu province.

The mission, vision, goals, and objectives set forth by the group are all base on the recent

external and internal assessments of the business. The group improved the existing mission and
vision statement of Children’s Paradise Montessori School and further provides goals and

objectives so that the business will be able to achieve its desired mission and vision. Lastly, the

group is strongly recommending that the management should constantly check their Mission and

Vision Statements to assess whether they attain the desired outcome or not.
