pac/aging and any other component recei+ed with it) with Your sales receipt to Your supplier for a full refund)

Limited Warranty:

and is not transferable)

This limited warranty is +oid if any damage has resulted from accident, abuse, misapplication, ser+ice or
modification by someone other than PEL) ,n no e+ent shall PEL be liable for any damages whatsoe+er arising
out of installation of the software, e+en if ad+ised of the possibility of such damages) PEL will not be liable for
any loss or damage of any nature suffered by any party as a result of reliance upon or reproduction of any
errors in the content of the publication)

PEL does not warrant that the functions of the software meet Your reAuirements or that the media is compatible
with any computer system on which it is used or that the operation of the software will be unlimited or error
free) You assume responsibility for selecting the software to achie+e Your intended results and for the
installation of, the use of and the results obtained from the software)

PEL shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any /ind (ecept for personal in<ury or death) arising from the

such loss or damage is caused by negligence or otherwise)

The entire liability of PEL and your only remedy shall be replacement free of charge of the components that do

To the etent the law permits, PEL disclaims all other warranties, either epress or implied, including by way

&ermination:
This Licence shall automatically terminate without notice from PEL if You fail to comply with any of its
pro+isions or the purchasing institution becomes insol+ent or sub<ect to recei+ership, liAuidation or similar
eternal administration) PEL may also terminate this Licence by notice in writing) &pon termination for
whate+er reason You agree to destroy the Edecel -. *iology -cti+e*oo/ !0123" and any bac/1up copies
and delete any part of the Edecel -. *iology -cti+e*oo/ !0123" stored on your computer)
