Everyone is different when it comes to sleep
needs.


Some people need seven hours of sleep and
others need around 10 or more.

People can get irritated or blow things out of
perspective without enough sleep
DISORDERS
There are over a hundred different types of sleeping
disorders.

The range from one disorder to another is excessive
day time drowsiness to not being able to sleep.

Some common orders, and the ones I'm talking
about today are
Sleep apnea
Insomnia
Narcolepsy
Pediatric sleep
OBSTRUCTI VE SLEEP
APNEA
Obstruct apnea is the most common apnea

It occurs when you throat muscles relax

Obstruct sleep apnea makes your breathing stop and
start multiple times a night/day
CENTRAL SLEEP APNEA
Central sleep apnea occurs when your brain sends the
wrong signals to the muscles that control breathing.

This kind of sleep apnea can cause heart problems

Insomnia is a persistent disorder that makes it hard
to fall asleep and stay awake

You might experience side affects such as feeling
tired, cranky, and may bring down your energy level.

NARCOLEPSY
With this apnea you get overwhelmingly tired
throughout the day

This isnt related to depression like most apneas

There is no cure for this sleeping disorder
