The 3nitho&der has indiated to avai& of the I-PIN fai&ity offered by the "egistrar, sub7et to the terms and
onditions stated in the a88&iation form and has for this 8ur8ose, indiated to the "egistrar the name of his2 her2
its Ban', Branh aount Number6
AND WHEREAS
The "egistrar is wi&&ing to e9tend the I-PIN fai&ity to the unitho&der on the terms and onditions as set out herein6
Now T5("F:"(, in onsideration of the mutua& understanding as set forth in this Agreement, the 8arties hereto
have agreed to the fo&&owing terms and onditions;
The I-PIN granted to the 3nitho&der 8ursuant to this Agreement sha&& be ommuniated to the 3nit ho&der by an
emai& a&ong with user id and 8assword. The unitho&der a'now&edge and agree that the A1* has no res8onsibi&ity
or &iabi&ity whatsoever for use of this emai&.
The fo&&owing sha&& be the mode of o8eration of the I-PIN fai&ity;
a. If the unitho&der is a om8any, an institution2trust or body or8orate, the authori<ed signatories may
designate any individua& as designated 8erson and his 8ersona& detai&s shou&d be submitted to the
"egistrar
b. If the mode of 8ayment is the first ho&der on&y, I-PIN fai&ity wi&& be made avai&ab&e to the first ho&der
. If the mode of o8eration is 7oint, a&& the unitho&ders may designate on&y one of them to o8erate this
fai&ity. In suh ase, the 8ersona& detai&s of the suh a 8erson sha&& be submitted to the registrar
d. If the 3nitho&der is a minor, then the Natura& )uardian a88ointed by the *ourt a&one sha&& be e&igib&e to
o8erate the I-PIN fai&ity. In suh a ase the 8ersona& detai&s of the )uardian sha&& be submitted to the
"egistrar

The "egistrar wi&& ta'e best efforts to 'ee8 its web-site u8dated on a dai&y basis so as to 8rovide most urrent
information to unitho&ders. 5owever, the 3nitho&der agrees that beause of ommuniation issues, it is 8ossib&e
that the site may not be urrent on oasions. The 3nitho&der a&so agrees that the &oo' and fee& of the 4eb sreen
and out8uts therefrom may differ based on the nature of the software used by the unitho&der to browse the site.
The "egistrar agrees to ta'e best efforts to 8rotet seurity of the data 8&aed on the Internet and has for this
8ur8ose, re>uired the web servie 8rovider engaged by the "egistrar to sign a onfidentia&ity agreement with the
"egistrar s8eifying onfidentia&ity of the data and to restrit e9terna& aess to the database on the Internet.
The "egistrar sha&& as' the 3nitho&der for his 2her2its I-PIN and Fo&io Number before ae8ting instrutions on
beha&f of the A1*
The "egistrar may, in the interest of the 3nitho&der, re>uest a fa9 onfirmation on the instrutions reeived and
sha&& not at unti& the said fa9 onfirmation and additiona& onfirmation is reeived from the 3nitho&der.
The 3nitho&der sha&& be res8onsib&e for safe'ee8ing of the PIN and sha&& not dis&ose his 2 her 2its I -PIN to any
8erson and sha&& ta'e a&& 8ossib&e are to 8revent disovery of the PIN by any 8erson. The 3nitho&der sha&& not use
his2her2its PIN after the dis&osure of the same to any third 8arty.
In the event of aidenta& dis&osure of the PIN to any third 8arty or if the unitho&der forgets his 8assword, the
"egistrar may at the re>uest of the unitho&der and at it abso&ute disretion issue to the 3nitho&der a new I-PIN on
these terms and onditions or under suh terms and onditions, as the "egistrar may deem fit.
The 3nitho&der sha&& be fu&&y &iab&e to the "egistrar for every transation entered into using the I-PIN fai&ity,
whether with or without the 'now&edge of the 3nitho&der.
The 3nitho&der hereby re&eases the "egistrar from any &iabi&ity, whatsoever against misuse of the I -PIN. Further,
the "egistrar sha&& not be &iab&e at a&& for any misuse if any, of any data 8&aed on the Internet, by third 8arties
.ha'ing/ or unauthorised&y aessing the server.
The 3nitho&der sha&& at a&& times indemnify the "egistrar, its offiers, em8&oyees, suessors and assigns from and
against a&& ations, 8roeedings, &aims and demands whatsoever for or on aount of or in re&ation to any
unauthori<ed use of the I-PIN and from and against a&& damages, osts, harges and e98enses in res8et thereof,
un&ess the same is aused by gross neg&igene, bad faith or wi&fu& defau&t on the 8art of the "egistrar.
The 3nitho&der a'now&edges and agrees that Sundaram BNP Paribas "egistrars or the Servie 8roviders does not
guarantee or warrant that 3nitho&der wi&& not e98eriene any downtime or disru8tions in its use of the Servie. In
the event of suh downtime or disru8tion, the "egistrar or its servie 8roviders sha&& use ommeria&&y reasonab&e
efforts to reinstate aessibi&ity and o8erabi&ity. The "egistrar or its servie 8roviders may restrit, sus8end, or
terminate investor?s aess to and use of the Servie at any time, without notie or &iabi&ity. The 3nitho&der agrees
that its right to use the Servie is non-e9&usive, revoab&e, non-transferab&e, and non-sub&iense ab&e.
The 3nitho&der agrees to be bound by any terms of use, dis&osures, or dis&aimer as dis8&ayed by the "egistrar and
its servie 8roviders and any that unitho&der may affirmative&y &i' through to ae8t. The Investor?s use of the
Servies sha&& be sub7et to the terms and onditions of any a88&iab&e agreements between "egistrar, Servie
Providers and the A1*2Fund and 2or investor.
3nitho&der sha&& not; -A0 aess or use the Servie for any 8ur8ose inonsistent with the substane and terms of
this Agreement6 -B0 introdue into the Servie any ode, virus or mehanism that wou&d im8air the Servie or
A1*?s 2Fund system, om8uters or software6 -*0 use the Servie to gain unauthori<ed aess to any system or
database6 -@0 sub&iense or otherwise transfer or ma'e avai&ab&e Investor?s aess to the Servie to any third 8arty
that is not an Authori<ed 8erson6 -(0 dis&ose to any third 8arty non-8ub&i information re&ating to the ontent or
o8erations of the Servie, whih information is onfidentia& and 8ro8rietary to the "egistrar 6 or -F0 remove or
obsure any of the "egistrars or any Servie Provider?s trademar's, servie mar's, or mar'ings of o8yright or
8atent rights ontained in the Servie.
In the ase of any dis8utes, the matter wi&& be referred to arbitration at the first instane and sett&ed through
arbitration 8roeedings as 8er the ru&es of the Indian Arbitration and *oni&iation At, ABB+. The P&ae of
Arbitration wi&& be at *hennai.
The *ourts in *hennai sha&& have 7urisdition over a&& dis8utes arising out of or in res8et of this
Agreement.
