Barangay Officials last anuary %, &'((, the Peace and Order Co))ittee, after further
deliberation, has decided to reco))end a disciplinary action on the )atter* +he act of Mr*
!ba"e# against ,agawad Calvin M* Sario constitutes words which are defa)atory in
character* -espite the presence of $ Barangay officials, Mr* !ba"e# has deliberately
failed to regard the public officials with due respect without the intention to channel his
grievances in the proper foru)*
+hus, in accordance with sound public policy, and in confor)ity with -I./ rules
and regulations, the Peace and Order Co))ittee hereby reco))ends a 3 )onth
suspension to Mr* ose !ba"e# for his untoward behavior in the presence of public
officers and for his disregard of due respect towards the barangay officials*
