IMPRESSIONS OF STUDENTS

I met a lot of international students of my age. I made a lot of friends and I got to know how they
live their everyday lives. And how did I develop personally? I learnt that I have to take the
opportunity to try everything a new culture offers me. (Anna, RO and TR)
History doesnt necessarily influence whether we can make good friends with people from another

My English developed a whole lot, and since my first Comenius trip, Ive been using it with much
more confidence. Another thing I learnt was how to adjust myself to others and how to tolerate that

The most impressive moment was when I got to see the Atlantic Ocean. I was also very happy to
have the chance to see Lisbon. (Csandra, PT)
My host family was so nice that I could feel I was a member of the family. I also have fond memories
of Ephesos and the submarine we got to see one afternoon. Another thing I have to mention is the
presentation, because its success gave me a lot of confidence. (Norbi, TR)
I was very happy to get the chance to see a new culture and visit so many beautiful places. From all
the great moments, I would point out those I could spend with my new Italian and Turkish friends.

The programme has a great atmosphere. The Romanian meeting was as perfect as it could be. As for
Turkey, I have never met a culture so different from ours, and I truly enjoyed learning about it. I
would say I probably learnt more tolerance; but if I think about it, I didnt actually need it, since I had

During the programme, I gained a lot of confidence with speaking English. I will never forget
Ephesos and the times when we went about discovering the city of Izmir by ourselves. I have made

The most positive experience was to see the hospitality of the Portuguese students, who tried their
best to answer all our questions. The trip gave me new friends and a lot of funny stories that I can
