NewBusiness:
Expectations for Exec Board
Makesuretokeepawrittenrecordofattendance.Thiswillhelpuskeeptrackofservingon7
pillars.
Everyonewillhaveafolderwiththeirnameonit.Insidethefolderswillhaveanagenda,apillar
trackingsheet,andavotingcard.
VicePresidentsneedtocheckfolderseverytimeafteracommiteetocheckoffthepillar
trackingsheet.
UsetheBudgetforms!Itissuperimportantsowecankeeptrackofthemoney.
PillarsshouldmeetregularlyoutsideofExecutiveBoardmeetings.Itcanbequickandeasyor
longandhard.Talkabouteveryeventcomingup.(Itcanbeinthemorning,atnight,online,etc.
aslongasallpillarmembersarethere.)
Allcommitteesmusthavedatesanddescriptions.
Project Planning
Mrs.BrodnaxpresentedtheprojectplanningsheetsshefoundattheGASCAdvisorRetreat
aboutprojectplanning.
Makesuretokeeptrackofalltheprojectswehaveplannedforeachpillar,whichwedidatthe
SummerExecutiveBoardRetreat.
YoumustfillouttheProjectPlannerformforeverysingleprojectthatisdone.Itmustbe
turnedintoyouradvisorthenthePresidentMailboxinBrodnaxsroom.
UsetheEventBudgetWorksheettotrackspendingsonextyearwecanknowhowtoplanthe
event.
TheDelegationAgreementistobeusedtoholdpeopleaccountableontheirdelegation.This
willkeeptrackofeverything.Everyonemustbegivenatleasttwocheckpoints.
TheStudentCouncilCommitteeReportshouldbefilledout.Includepeopletothank.Thiswill
helpyouspeakatFullCouncilMeetings.
