Appeal No. 279 of 2014:

1. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal with
liberty to file fresh appeal by incorporating additional grounds and by
annexing additional documents, if found necessary. Accordingly, appeal is
allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh appeal within a period of
two weeks from today.

2. If fresh appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today,
refund of court fees allowable on the present appeal subject be adjusted
towards the court fees payable on the appeal to be filed within a period of
two weeks from today.
