Step 1: Unpack the Unit

This package contains the following items:
The unit, Quick Start Guide, screws for disk drives, key, power cord,
warranty card, CD with Install Wizard, NuClient, Backup Player
and Offline License Tool application, user manual, and quick start
guide.

To configure the unit, you must install the software onto a desktop/ laptop running
Windows XP-SP3 32bit, Windows 7 32/64bit, Mac OS X v10.6/10.7.

Step 2: Install Hard Drives

Refer to compatibility list and install HDDs. For optimal performance
consideration, install disks with the same model and storage capacity.
The available RAID level depends on the amount of disks installed.

Step 3: Connect to the Network

Enable the DHCP function within the network, as the unit will retrieve an
IP address through DHCP by default.

Step 4: Connect the Power

Press the power button once connecting the power.

Step 5: Install the Software

Insert the CD into your CDROM and double-click Setup.exe to begin
installation.

Step 6: Set up the Unit

The software Installation Wizard performs the setup procedures on the
unit. After the procedure, you can begin using it.
1. Go to Start > NUUO Crystal Series > NUUO Install Wizard.
2. This program will show the default language setting and initiation
mode.
3. Choose your preferred language and initiation mode, and then click
the button.

4. Follow the directions of Installation Wizard and click the FINISH
button to starting initializing.

Once the FINISH button is clicked, the unit will start working. In order to ensure the
stability of the unit, never pull any disks out when the system is running.

5. After setting up the unit, log in to the system by entering its IP address
in the browser (Internet Explorer 8 and later, Firefox on Windows, and
Safari on Mac).

Paso 1: Desempaquetar la Unidad

El paquete contiene los siguientes elementos:
La Unidad, Gua de Inicio Rpido, tornillos para unidades de disco, llave,
cable de alimentacin, tarjeta de garanta, CD con el Asistente para la
Instalacin, NuClient, Reproduccin y aplicacin Offline Tool y
manual de instrucciones y gua de inicio rpido.

Para configurar la unidad, debe instalar el software en una computadora de escritorio/ porttil
que ejecuta Windows XP-SP3 32bit, Windows 7 32/64bit, Mac OS X v10.6/10.7.

Paso 2: Instalacin de Discos Duros

Consulte la lista de compatibilidad e instalar HDDs. Para la consideracin de un
rendimiento ptimo, instalar con el mismo modelo de disco y la capacidad de
almacenamiento. El nivel de RAID disponible depende de la cantidad de discos
instalados.

Paso 3: Conectarse a la Red

Activar la funcin DHCP en la red, como la unidad recuperara una direccin IP
mediante DHCP por defecto.

Paso 4: Conexin a la Fuente de Alimentacin

Pulse el botn para encender una vez que se conecte la fuente de alimentacin.

Paso 5: Instalar el Software

Insertar el CD en el CD-ROM y doble clic en Setup.exe para iniciar la
instalacin.

Paso 6: Establecer la Unidad

El Asistente para la Instalacin de software lleva a cabo los procedimientos
de configuracin de la unidad. Despus del procedimiento, podr comenzar el
uso.
1. Ir a Inicio > NUUO Crystal Series > NUUO Asistente para la Instalacin.
2. Este programa muestra la configuracin de idioma predeterminado y el
modo de inicio.
3. Elige el idioma preferido y el modo de inicio, luego clic el botn .

Schritt 2: Festplatten installieren

Schauen Sie in die Kompatibilittsliste und installieren dann die Festplatten. Fr
eine optimlae Festplattenperformanz, installieren Sie Festplatten des gleichen
Typs und Gre. Der RAID Modus bsaiert auf der Anzahl der Festplatten.

Schritt 3: Verbinden Sie das Netzwerk

Aktivieren Sie in Ihrem Netzwerk einen DHCP Server und das Gert wird
automatisch eine IP Adresse bekommen.

Schritt 4: Verbinden Sie das Stromkabel

Drcken Sie den Power Knop, sobald das Gert mit dem Stromnetz verbunden
ist.

Schritt 5: Installieren Sie die Software

Legen Sie die CD in Ihr CD-Rom Laufwerk ein und klicken Sie die Datei
Setup.exe an, um mit der Installation zu beginnen.

Schritt 6: Richten Sie das Gert ein

Die Software Installations Wizard fr den Einrichtungprozess durch. Nach der
Prozedur knnen Sie das Gert benutzen.
1. Gehen Sie auf Start > NUUO Crystal Series > NUUO Installations Wizard.

Stabilitt des System nicht zu gefhrenden, ziehen Sie niemals eine Festplatte im
laufendem Betrieb heraus.

5. Nachdem das Gert eingerichtet ist, knnen Sie sich an das Gert anmelden,
indem Sie die IP Adresse im Browser eingeben (Internet Explorer 8 and later,
Firefox on Windows, and Safari on Mac).

de la quantit de disques installs.

tape 3: Connexion au rseau

Activer la fonction DHCP au sein du rseau, que l'unit permettra de
rcuprer une adresse IP par DHCP par dfaut.

Etape 4: Connecter la Puissance

Appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation une fois la mise sous tension.

tape 5: Installation du logiciel

Insrez le CD dans votre lecteur de CDROM et double-cliquez sur
Setup.exe pour commencer l'installation.

tape 6: Mettre en place l'Unit

L'installation du logiciel Assistant effectue les procdures de
configuration sur l'appareil. Aprs la procdure, vous pouvez commencer
l'utiliser.

1. Cliquez sur Dmarrer NUUO Crystal Series> NUUO Assistant
d'installation.
2. Ce programme affiche le paramtre de langue par dfaut et le mode
initiation.
3. Choisissez votre langue prfre et le mode initiation, puis cliquez sur
le bouton

4. Suivez les instructions de l'assistant d'installation et cliquez sur le
bouton Terminer pour commencer l'initialisation


Une fois le bouton Terminer est cliqu, l'appareil commencera fonctionner. Afin
d'assurer la stabilit de l'appareil, ne retirez jamais tous les disques quand le systme
est en marche

5. Aprs la mise en place de l'unit, connectez-vous au systme en
saisissant l adresse IP dans le navigateur (Internet Explorer 8 and
later, Firefox on Windows, and Safari on Mac).

Questa confezione contiene:

Step 4: Collegare lalimentazione

Premere il tasto Power dopo aver collegato lalimentazione.

Step 5: Installare il Software

Inserite il CD nel vostro CDROM e fare doppio click su Setup.exe per iniziare
linstallazione.

Step 6: Impostare lUnit

Il software Installation Wizard effettua le procedure di configurazione
dellUnit.
Al termine potete iniziare ad utilizzare il sistema.
1. Vai ad Avvio > NUUO Crystal Series > NUUO Install Wizard.
2. Questo programma mostrer limpostazione di default della lingua e la
modalit di inizializzazione.
3. Scegliere la lingua preferita e la modalit di inizializzazione, e fare click sul

4. Seguire le indicazioni di Installation Wizard e fare click sul tasto
TERMINA per avviare linizializzazione.


Una volta che il tasto TERMINA stato premuto lunit inizier a funzionare. Per
assicurare la stabilit del sistema non rimuovere alcun disco mentre il sistema in
funzione.

5. Dopo linizializzazione, accedere al sistema inserendone lindirizzo IP nella
barra degli indirizzi del browser (Internet Explorer 8 e successivi, Firefox su
Windows, e Safari su Mac).

Krok 1: Otwieranie opakowania

Opakowanie zawiera:
Rejestrator, Poradnik Szybki Start, rubki do przymocowania
dyskw, klucz, przewd zasilajcy, kart gwarancyjn, CD z

Aby skonfigurowa jednostk naley zainstalowa oprogramowanie na komputerze

Krok 2: Instalacja dyskw twardych

Zainstaluj dyski twarde zgodne z list referencyjn. Aby zachowa
optymaln prac urzdzenia naley instalowa dyski o tym samym
modelu oraz pojemnoci. Dostpny tryb RAID zaley od iloci

Krok 3: Podczanie do sieci

Po podczeniu rejestratora do sieci z serwerem DHCP rejestrator
automatycznie pobierze ustawienia sieciowe.

Krok 4: Wczanie zasilania.

Po podczeniu przewodu zasilania wcinij przycisk zasilania.

Krok 5: Instalacja oprogramowania

Umie pyt CD w napdzie, a nastpnie dwukrotnie kliknij Setup.exe,

Po klikniciu przycisku ZAKOCZ, rejestrator zostanie zainicjalizowany. Aby

pracy.

5. Po skonfigurowaniu rejestratora moesz zalogowa si do rejestratora

Stap 1: het toestel uitpakken

De verpakking bevat de volgende items:

prestaties installeert u disks van hetzelfde model en opslagcapaciteit.
Welk RAID-niveau beschikbaar is, is afhankelijk van het aantal
genstalleerde disks.

Stap 3: verbinding maken met het netwerk

Schakel de DHCP-functie van het netwerk in, aangezien het toestel een
ip-adres ophaalt via DHCP.

Stap 4: stroom aansluiten

Druk eenmaal op de aan/uitknop om het toestel aan te zetten.

Stap 5: software installeren

Plaats de cd in het cd-romstation en dubbelklik op Setup.exe om de
installatie te starten.

Stap 6: het toestel instellen

De Installatiewizard voert de installatieprocedures in op het toestel.
Hierna kunt u het toestel gebruiken.

Verifique a lista de compatibilidade de HDs para selecionar um modelo
apropriado. Para melhor performance, sempre instalar discos idnticos: mesmo
modelo e maeca e de mesma capacidade de armazenamento. O nvel de RAID
disponvel depende diretamente do nmero de discos instalados.

Passo 3: Conectar-se Rede
Habilitar a funo DHCP dentro da rede, para que a unidade adquira
automaticamente um endereo IP atravs do mesmo, por padro.

Passo 4: Conectar-se Energia
Aps verificar a tenso da rede de energia, conectar o cabo de energia e a fonte
e pressionar o boto Power para ligar a unidade.

Passo 5: Instalar o Software
Insira o CD em seu CDROM e clique duas vezes o aplicativo Setup.exe, para
comear a instalao.

Passo 6: Configure a Unidade
O software Installation Wizard (Assistente de Instalao) executar os
procedimentos de setup da unidade. Aps estes procedimentos, voc poder
comear a utilizar o equipamento.
1. V para Iniciar > NUUO Crystal Series > NUUO Install Wizard (Assistente de
Instalao).
2. Este programa ir exibir o idioma padro e modo de inicializao.
3. Selecione o idioma de sua preferncia e o modo de inicializao, ento clique
no boto .

Korak 1: Raspakivanje ureaja

Paket se sastoji od sledeih delova:
Ureaj, kratko uputstvo, arafi za diskove, klju, napojni kabl,
garantni list, CD sa Instalacionim arobnjakom (Installation
Wizard), NuKlijentom (NuClient), Backup Player i Offline
alatkom (Offline Tool) aplikacijama, korisnikim uputstvom i
kratkim uputstvom

Za konfigurisanje ureaja, morate imati instaliran softver na vaem raunaru/ laptopu
na kom je instaliran Windows XP-SP3 32bit, Windows 7 32/64bit, Mac OS X
v10.6/10.7.

Korak 2: Instalacija hard diskova

Proverite listu kompatibilnih diskova i instalirajte HDD. Za optimalne
performanse, instalirajte diskove istog modela i kapapaciteta. Dostupni
RAID nivoi zavise od broja instaliranih diskova.

Korak 3: Konekcija na mreu

Omoguite DHCP funkciju na mrei, poto e ureaj dobiti IP adresu kroz
DHCP.

Korak 4: Prikljuivanje napajanja

Pritisnite power dugme nakon to ste prikljuili napajanje.

Korak 5: Instalacija softvera

Ubacite CD u va CDROM i dvaput kliknite na Setup.exe kako bi poeli
