Food Banana Bread:

2 cups flour
2 cups crushed corn flakes
4 ripe bananas mashed
3-4 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon spice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 egg (optional)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup raisins
1 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons molasses
Mix flour, corn flakes, baking powder, salt and
spices, in large bowl. Stir in raisins and mix until
coated. Add banana, egg, oil, molasses, and orange
juice. Add water as needed. Pour batter into greased
loaf pans and bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes, or
until done. Let stand for a few minutes. Remove and
cool on racks.
