In a bag of mixed candy, the ratio of the number of m&ms to sour patch is 5:6. Find
the amount of m&ms that are in the bag if there are 54 cashews. YOU MUST use a
tape diagram to support your work. What is the new ratio of m&ms to sour patch? Is
it equivalent to 5:6? How do you know?

To find an equivalent ratio, the number inside of the boxes of the
tape diagram must be the same in each box. This number is called
a constant. What was the constant in the previous problem?

are in Mr. Es supplies if there are 24 pens. YOU MUST use a tape diagram to support
