The total value of the contract will be 65m euros for four years, plus 30m euros if the team wins

On June 30
th
the club will receive its year payment that will consists of 16.25m euros.
If the team drop down to next division the sponsorship deal should be renegotiated.
There are six points that should be accomplished, those are:
Four huge billboards advertising the company at the sides and ends of the ground
The main stand to be renamed The Universal Communications Stand
The companys name on the surface of the pitch.
Players wear the companys logo on their shirts.
The teams shirts and shorts should have blue and black stripes- UCs corporate colours.
The two top goal scorers should do a minimum of 25 days promotional work a year for UC
(other players 15 days)
For crowd control KU is responsible for controlling spectators at its home games. If you invest in
crowd control you should pay for that. If a serious disorder is presented in the crowd, UK should
pay a penalty of 1.5 million euros to the company for each incident
We want you to cancel the deal with Sprint plc, and we want you to use the football boots made
by a firm that we consider its better
The new ventures most be consulted to us, if you want to make other business you should tell us.
A hospitality box should be provided for the exclusive use of UC staff and guests, there should be
space for at least 15 people.
