1. Define Fitness and how it relates to a healthy lifestyle.
Meaning:
Capability of the body of distributing inhaled oxygen to muscle tissue
during increased physical effort.

You need a good healthy body to do things. For example: if you sit on a
couch all day doing nothing, you will become unhealthy.
