Seven Levels of Tension

Level 1: Catatonic
Melt to through the ground.

Level 2: Californian
Get up and shuffle around the house - keep
vision blurred
Yawn - moving slowly

Level 3: Neutral
Get things done - lift up head - dont look tired
anymore

Level 4: Alert
Moving faster - Alert - Multi-Tasking
Clear with your body - not making mistakes -
little bit of adrenaline - spatially aware - alert and
vital

Level 5: Suspense
If you see someone in this state, you avoid them
Running late for the airport - panic in your body

Level 6: Passionate
Attacked by a swarm of bees - running to
burning building to save a child - make noise

Level 7: Tragic Catatonic
When I call 7, fall to the ground and tense all
your muscles
Pre-death - everything is tense - eyes are tense
