,hene%er the !obile changes cells. For i"le !obiles Eroa!ersF this oses !ore o# a
roble! as registrations can be as in#re0$ent $ to 24 ho$rs. This iss$e is resol%e" b&
$sing -ones +ase" 4egistration E-+4F.
