Section 1: Personal Information
1. What would be your dream vacation? - My dream vacation would be to Sydney
Australia.
2. What is your biggest accomplishment so far? - My biggest accomplishment in my life
would be raising thousands of dollars for Melanie Richmonds Memorial fund that
donates money to her favorite organizations.
3. What is your favorite fall festival food? - My favorite fall festival food would have to be
fried ravioli and yoohoo milkshakes.
4. What makes you stand out from the crowd? - My Great Uncle was Grandpa Jones off of
the 1969-1997 hit tv show Hee Haw.
5. What was the worst (or best) day of your life? - When my parents told me I was having
a little brother because I liked being the youngest child ( I was 4).
6. What is your favorite childhood memory? - My favorite childhood memory was when I
got a princess dress for my 5th birthday. I wore that dress everywhere and threw a fit
when my parents told me that I couldnt
7. What has been the best advice someone has given you? - No matter how much you
want to quit or how hard something is always push through it and the outcome will
make the pain and sweat all worth it.
8. What is your most played song on your playlist? - We are Tonight by Billy Currington
9. What is something someone would be surprised to know about you? - Something that
someone would be surprised to know about me is that I would rather be at my
grandparents farm than in the city at a concert.


10. Do your grades in high school reflect your ability? Explain. My grades reflect my ability,
yes I am a teenager and love to have a social life but if my grades are poor my parents
make me finish all of my homework and study before I go out with friends.
11. What aspect/experience in high school has been the most meaningful/made the biggest
impact? - The summer of junior year I lost one of my best friends, through all the rough
patches we thought about what Melanie would do and always had a positive attitude
even when days were hard. We raised money for Melanies favorite organizations and
teams she was a part of. Through all of this is showed how she impacted our lives in
showing us that giving is always better than receiving. I would not be the person I am
today if I wouldnt have became friends with her in kindergarten.
12. Of all the activities available to you during high school, which activity do you regret not
having taken part in? - If I had a chance I would be more involved in theater and spend
more time with the people who care about musical arts.
13. What is the best advice you could give a freshman? -Freshman year is scary but just
because youre scared venture out and try new things, they may lead you to something
that you will do for the rest of your life.
14. What is your biggest fear? - My biggest fear is drowning
15. What motivates you to succeed? - My family, they always push me to be bigger, better,
and more confident in myself.
16. Choose one of your friends and tell why that persons friendship is important to you.
Brylee Hagan has been my best friend since we were four, we grew up together and
have maintained a strong friendship for many years. She has always been there for me
when others werent, and is the one person that can keep me out of trouble.
17. What are you planning to do after high school? - I plan to attend Murray State and
study occupational therapy or physical therapy.
18. What person (current or historical) do you most admire? Why? -Rosa Parks she stood
up for herself and others when no one else would.


19. What values do you cherish most? - Family, because your family has been with you
since the beginning and will do anything or be anything for you.
20. What is the nicest thing you have ever done for someone? The nicest thing I have ever
done for someone is make dinners, and raised money for children who were not as
fortunate as others to have a hot meal and warm school clothes in the winter.
