IN FAVOUR OF
MULTIPLE MONEY FINANCE SDN BHD a company incorporated under the companies Act, 2016, carrying on the
agreement under the Act of 400 the year 1951 to the company’s legal firm for the protection of the loan.

WHEREAS
From the borrower's request, the money lender agree / has agreed to grant / granted or to continue to grand
to the borrower, credit facility in the form of fund transfers credit aggregating to RM10,000.00 vide its
sanction letter dated 22/07/2023 to be secured in the manner as follows:

In consideration of the premises as stated above the Borrower hereby agrees as follows:

a) The company may reserves the right to take legal action if borrower fails to make payment for over (3)
months.

b) If borrower requests cancellation after loan approval, the borrower must do cancellation loan and
bear the cancellation fee.

c) If borrower loan approval, borrower must make activation 10% loan payment account for money
installment and pay back loan payment to our company until payment finish. Our company will loan
back to customer when process is done.

d)If borrower pays off the loan early, the company will rebate the remaining interest back to the borrower.

e) Company can’t accept that the borrower has a financial relationship with the employee, the company will
take legal action to punish the borrower and the employee.

f) If borrower first time register loan payment account in our company, borrower need to pay the instant
transfer and service charge one receipt, but this charges can claim back after borrower get loan.

g) Under no circumstances will MULTIPLE MONEY FINANCE SDN BHD, alter or modify and safety devices
contained on the equipment for any reason whatsoever.
