Greetings!

This has reference to your notice informing the undersigned of his/her default
in the payment of the monthly amortizations attached to his motor vehicle,
which is also a subject of a Chattel Mortgage. He has also been informed that
the same shall warrant the repossession of the same motor vehicle.

At this very juncture, the undersigned is writing you to signify his good faith
and his zealous desire to settle his financial obligations. He is bereft of any
intent to abscond or renege from the same. It is, however, the regret of the
undersigned that the delays made in his monthly amortizations were due to the
financial setbacks that have befallen him and his family. He has been doing his
best to make ends meet. Their hardship has also been aggravated by the
pandemic. Were it not of the restrictions and predicaments brought about by
this trying times, which has taken its toll on everyone, the undersigned would
have been so much able to settle his payments on time. It is just but
unfortunate that he was not able to due to these circumstances beyond his
control and constrained to submit to the situation. The undersigned has never
wanted to have defaults in his payment only that he was placed into such
situation.

It is also noteworthy that aside from the same obligation, the undersigned has
also been more pinned to also provide for the everyday essential needs of his
family, which no head of the family could ever take to dispense with or neglect.
Thus, the undersigned has to defray for such a very important matter,
addressing their daily family needs.

With these attending circumstances, the undersigned candidly appeals and

knocks unto your kind and compassionate heart to consider his situation and
by way of proposal, the undersigned sincerely begs your kind indulgence hat he
may be given ample opportunity to settle his obligations, remitting also the
interests and penalties. Or in the alternative, the undersigned likewise prays
that the loan be restructured just to alleviate his financial setbacks and
eventually, to their family’s financial recovery.

The undersigned, again, sincerely extends their apologies for whatever

inconveniences the instant request may cause. The undersigned likewise
extends his sincerest gratitude and may you be an instrument for his family to
get back to financial recovery.

The undesigned is in fervent hope that their humble request merits your
favorable response.
