 Internship Policy for ITKraftz Cyber Cell
Eligibility: Internship opportunities at our ITKraftz Cyber Security Company are available to students who are currently
enrolled in an accredited academic institution and pursuing a degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Cyber
Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Duration: The duration of the internship will be clearly communicated to interns upon acceptance of the internship
offer. Internships may be offered for a fixed term or on a project basis, with a start and end date as mutually agreed
upon by the intern and the company.

Code of Conduct: Interns are expected to adhere to the company's code of conduct, which includes maintaining a high
level of professionalism, respecting confidentiality and security protocols, and complying with all company policies
and procedures.

Work Schedule: Interns are expected to work during regular business hours, as determined by their assigned
supervisor. Work timings may Vary depending on Project As Well, Any changes to the work schedule must be discussed
and approved in advance by the supervisor.

Supervision: Interns will be assigned a supervisor who will provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the
internship period. Interns are expected to seek clarification and guidance from their supervisor whenever necessary
and to proactively communicate any challenges or concerns.

Confidentiality and Security: Interns will be exposed to sensitive information and data during their internship. Interns
must sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and adhere to all security protocols and policies of the
company. Any unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of company information or data will result in immediate
termination of the internship.

Intellectual Property: Any work, inventions, or intellectual property created by interns during their internship will be
the property of the company, and interns will be required to sign any necessary documents or agreements transferring
the ownership of such work to the company.

Professional Development: Interns are encouraged to take advantage of opportunities for professional development,
such as training programs, workshops, and networking events, to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of
cyber security.

Performance Evaluation: Interns will receive periodic performance evaluations from their supervisors to assess their
progress and provide feedback. The evaluation may impact the continuation of the internship and/or the possibility of
future employment with the company.

Termination: The company reserves the right to terminate the internship at any time for any reason, including but not
limited to poor performance, violation of company policies, or breach of confidentiality or security protocols.

Compensation and Benefits: Interns may not be eligible for compensation and/or benefits as per the company's policy,
which will be communicated to interns upon acceptance of the internship offer.

Compliance with Laws: Interns are expected to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
related to cyber security, data protection, and privacy.
