MARKETING ASSIGNMENT

1. Which of the concepts was difficult to understand?
The part I found difficult to understand in this chapter was the extent to which celebrity
endorsing actually impacts the sales of the product. Because few products sell themselves
without and celebrity endorsing as the product itself are a brand by themselves. Like Ferrari car
doesnt need a celebrity to endorse as the product itself is a mega brand.

2. Which of the concepts was Easy to understand?
The concept of motivation and how companies successfully use this to develop new
products and the human psychology to satisfy the needs are quite interesting. It was also
easy to understand as the example given in the text book connects us to the concepts
which we had studied in organization behaviour in 1 sem. I had not fully understood the
concepts last sem but this time things were clear.

3. Which of the concepts was I nteresting?
The psychoanalytic approach was easy to understand and tells us how we are motivated
by our subconscious drives and how the ideas of human personality and development are
applied to the marketing of goods to the public.
