_____ Submit a substitute list. Put a copy in each binder with Sub info
sheet.
_____ Set down with Ward Clerk to make sure rolls are correct
_____ Plan and Schedule Building for 2009 Quarterly Activities
_____Get a class list for 2010
_____Get the Primary Class Rosters for 2010
_____Prepare Manuals and Teacher Binders for 2010
_____Update Sunday Agenda and other form with new times
_____Plan a 2010 Seating Chart
_____Teacher’s Birthday’s for 2010
_____Decide what to give for Birthdays and Spotlights
_____Put a packet together for those turning 8 include letter to
parents.
_____Primary Families List for 2010
_____Birthday list for 2010 Remove 12 year olds and add Sunbeams
_____2010 Class List for each teacher’s binder (with phone numbers
and birthdays)
_____2010 Door Signs
_____ 12 Months of Bulletin Board ideas
_____ Add / Delete names on choosing sticks
_____ In November, begin bringing new sunbeams into sharing time
_____Meet with Cub Scout Committee Get dates for Blue and Gold,
Derbies, Day Camp, etc.
_____Meet with Activity Day Leader for schedule of general idea of
activities.
