CT STUDY OF LEFT SHOULDER

Left head of humerus bone shows normal outline. Left shoulder joint is
seen normally. Joint space is maintained.Articular surfaces are smoothly
outlined. Suspicious old fracture is seen involving lower part of left glenoid.
No evidence of any destructive pathology / lytic area / erosion or sclerosis is
seen.
Left proximal humerus bone is seen normally.
No evidence of any collection is seen around shoulder joint.
ld fracture lateral part of left clavicle is seen. Acromioclavicular joint is
normal.
!he muscle bul" is normal..
OPINION:
OLD FRACTURE LATERAL PART OF LEFT CLAVICLE WITH
SUSPICIOUS OLD FRACTURE LEFT GLENOID INFERIOR PART..
Clinical correlation is necessary
