Our Portfolio
The specifc goal of this project was the development of the
Educational Portal for the Uruguayan School of Consumer
Protection (EUDEC). With the EUDEC implementation, the General
Management of Commerce (DGC) will improve the information
and advisory process to consumers through distance education
courses on topics related to the general public's interest.
Bullseye performed the Educational Portal implementation, the
content adaptation and integration of the EUDEC in the form of
E-Learning. In this case, the Elementary Notions for Consumer
Protection course was adapted to e-Learning and the staf
was trained in distance education mode and in their technical
capabilities to perform the subsequent technology transfer.
The project included the educational portal creation and the
installation, confguration and customization of the courses using
Moodle.

The system allows, as a direct graph, for the modeling of
the patterns of the status' changes, showing the possible
status changes in a user-friendly visual tool. Each status
may have a set of preconditions requirements that an
operation must meet in order to access it.

The Notifcation Management System is a tool for managing
notifcations that users receive from the Monitoring and
Resolution Procedures Management Software SMART
from the Ministry of Social Development. The system allows
additions, deletions, modifcations and searches, as well as
the development of all functionality, like web services, in
order to facilitate the integration with diferent systems in
the organization.

to the current training ofered a set of e-Learning modules or
distance learning courses. At the same time, the staf was trained

The virtual learning center for the Police Educational Platform
includes, in an integrated way and ready to use: Virtual classrooms,
e-Portfolio and academic social network, portal solution and web

surveys realization. The integration includes authentication and
functional aspects, and ensures a solid experience in the graphic
and aesthetic assembly of all components.

For the proper management of social programs
administered by the Ministry of Social Development,
Bullseye developed a Business Rules Management System
that allows, from the personal, economic and household
data of a person, to make suggestions or provide referrals
for a range of social programs to which a citizen is eligible
to participate.

The Uruguay Social Card Program (TUS) is a module from
the Ministry of Social Developments Monitoring and
Resolution Procedures Management Software SMART.
It consists of bulk and manual data entry as well as fles
exchange generation with banking institutions. It allows for
the managing of the program benefciaries.

specifc demand, a referral search engine will provide
suggestions for alternatives.

The second version of the Scientifc Collections System aims
to improve the existing interface for the National Museum
of Anthropology and National Museum of Natural History
scientifc collections, according to technical criteria and the
experience gathered by international internships regarding
the documentation of collections in museums.
This version also includes the design, development and
implementation of an attractive and user-friendly interface
for the collections, in order to make them accessible to the
general public without requiring scientifc knowledge.

The project involves the development of a web application,
which allows the producers or sellers of corn seeds to
make online sworn statements concerning the transactions
of transgenic corn crops. The main purpose is to track
each seed batch and cultivation area of transgenic corn
crops. This application allows the management and
administration of these statements by the selected
personnel of the National Environment Management.

Based on the diplomatic, economic and public relations
confict between Argentina and Uruguay, due to the
installation of pulp mills, Bullseye provided the Ministry
of Housing, Territorial Planning and Environment of
Uruguay with a solution to make available online sensitive
information of general interest regarding the above
confict.

The solution included the construction of the Uruguay
River (confict zone) schematic map as well as the
collaboration in the design and algorithms optimization for
displaying the values regarding the air quality monitoring,
which can be seen online by the population.
The project involves the development of a web application
that enables packaging manufacturers, packers, packaged
products importers and brand owners to conduct their
online sworn statements concerning the production and
use of packaging.

CALANEST provides records of medical history of anesthesia,
including pre, intra and postoperative phases, and thus defning
the electronic clinical history of the patient. The information
collected, as a whole, provides indicators of a statistical nature,
which serve as a parameter for quality care management. The
system has its own module for registration and administration of
health care indicators.

REDIENTE is a software application for the health sector, which
aims to improve oral health and the professions practice and
teaching, through the appropriate use of available clinical
information. REDIENTE provides online medical history of patients
(Intranet or Internet), it is a tool for monitoring professional
efciency and a tool for epidemiological research, as well as an
application for health services management.
