My name is Toluwalase Kolawole Ojo from Owings Mills.

I just graduated from New Town

High School. My major is Physical Therapy. This I plan to study and make a change helping
people with physical needs. I intend to transfer after a year here at CCBC to Towson University.
I realize I would need to score very high GPA with at least 30 credits. I choose to do both ENG
101/052 as online courses at CCBC to explore the capabilities and benefits of virtual learning. I
am eager to work with everyone and learn from the good ideas, attitude and skills that we all
bring to this class.

Prompt:
After completing the online orientation unit in ENGL101, "meeting" some of your classmates via the
discussion boards, and surveying the ENGL052 section and what will be expected of you here, what
are your first impressions of the Accelerated Learning Program? What do you expect to get out of
these two classes? What strengths do you bring to this class? What do you want to work on
improving this semester? Is there anything else that concerns or confuses you at this point?

My first impression on the Accelerated Learning Program is that it helps you get the college credits
faster than doing it one at a time. I expect to learn the advanced way to writing essays, prompts, etc.
I bring to class good note taking, expressing main ideas, and being positive minded. I would like to
improve on writing essays in correct lexis and structure and creating meaningful stories.
