experience in Indonesia

Mr. Halim is currently the
Managing Partner of Arghajata
and has more than 26 years of
professional experience in
management and financial
consulting. He was also a CEO in
Earnst and Young for 5 years.He
was appointed as Independent
Commissioner of PT JAS since
June 2010.

Mr. Nurjadin have had more
than 27 years working
experience, of which, 13 years is
in aviation industry. He is
currently the Chairman of JAE
since 2005 and Chairman of JAS
since 2007, and the Group CEO
of Cardig International. He had
also served as the CEO of JAS,
CEO of PT Pangansari Utama and
Chairman of PT Pangansari
Utama. Prior to joining Cardig
Group , Mr. Nurjadin was the
CFO of Bimantara Citra . Before
going to the real sector he was a
senior executive in Peregrine
and Bankers Trust.

Mr. Nurjadin holds an MBA from
Pace University and a bachelors
degree in Economics from
University of Rochester, NY
Mr. Kusumo has an extensive
experience in real sectors
investments and business
development. He was
Chairman of PT Nap Info Lintas
Nusa, and a commisoner at PT
Jasa Angkasa Semesta and PT Jas
Aero Engineering. He was also a
member of senior management
at HSBC, and Quvat , a private
equity fund where he was a
partner.

Mr. Kusumo holds an MBA
degree from Cass Business
School, UK and a bachelors
degree from Boston University.

Ms. Adhiningrat joined CAS in
2009. She was previously a
Corporate Finance Group Head
in Cardig International since
2006. Prior to joining Cardig
Group she was the Head of
Treasury and Investor Relations
in PT Bimantara Citra, Tbk.,
Treasury Group Head in Bank
Papan Sejahtera, Fixed Income
in BZW Niaga Securities, and
Harvard Institute for
International Development.

Ms. Adhiningrat has an MBA
degree in Banking and Finance
from Northeastern University,
Boston, MA and bachelor's
degree in Economics from
University of Indonesia.

Mr. Wihandoyo has experience
in Mining Sector and also has
experience as CFO at Bakrie
Telkom.

Mr. Wihandoyo holds a Bachelor

Adalah paket system manajemen parkir yang terpadu yang dapat
berdiri sendiri atau secara penuh berintegrasi dengan perangkat
system terpasang di suatu lokasi, serta prinsipsaling melengkapi
dalam meningkatkan kualitas operasional. Sistem ini memiliki
fasilitas transaksi operasional manajemen parkir yang efisien dan
efektif serta rendahnya biaya operasional.
CAS Parking
Sesuai dengan berkembangnya teknologi serta visi dari CAS Parking sendiri bahwa akan
senantiasa melakukan inovasi inovasi terbaru, maka CAS Parking memperkenalkan
produk barunya berupa manless system. Adapun keunggulan teknologi ini adalah :
- Tidak memerlukan SDM di pintu masuk
- Adanya panduan dari Voice speaker untuk pengunjung/customer
- Customer yang datang cukup menekan tombol tiket pada dispenser tiket dan tiket
akan keluar.
- Bagi Tenant/Customer yang telah terdaftar menjadi member parkir berlangganan,
cukup menempelkan kartu smart Card ke reader yang ada pada dispenser tiket.
- Setelah proses transaksi selesai maka automatic barrier gate akan terbuka
- Sistem online ke server sehingga memudahkan audit, dan selalu update realtime
- Dilengkapi dengan 2 unit kamera CCTV untuk merekam wajah pengemudi dan nomor
polisi kendaraan.
- Dilengkapi dengan sensor dan barcode scanner yang dapat mempersempit celah
manipulasi.
- Transaksi yang sangat cepat serta buka tutup barrier gate dilakukan dengan system -
dan bukan secara manual. Hal ini juga mempersempit celah manipulasi

Manless System
- Masih memerlukan SDM di pos masuk
- Petugas pos masuk melakukan pencatatan nomor polisi kendaraan yang masuk ke
area parkir.
- Customer mengambil tiket di dispenser tiket.
- Dilengkapi dengan nomer/abjad array untuk verifikasi tiket di pos keluar.
- Jika verifikasi sudah benar, barrier gate akan terbuka
- Proses buka/tutup barrier gate dilakukan dengan system
Conventional System
Dalam sebuah property, area parkir dengan semua aspek didalamnya merupakan pintu
gerbang utama dan terakhir yang menjadi cermin penilaian terhadap kualitas sebuah
property. Sering kali pandangan negative muncul akibat dari jasa perparkirannya tidak
dikelola secara professional dan sistematis.

Bisnis pengelolaan parkir merupakan suatu produk usaha yang sangat menguntungkan
dan tidak terpengaruh dengan dampak krisis ekonomi. Selain itu pendapatan parkir
seringa kali dipandang sebelah mata sehingga bidang parkir tidak dikelola secara
professional. Dan bilamana pengelolaan parkir ini ditangani dengan professional secara
efisien, efektif dan sistematis, maka jasa perparkiran dapat menyumbangkan
pendapatan maksimal yang sejajar dengan pendapatan yang lainnya.

manajemen property tidaklah beda, baik dalam bentuk Management Agreement,
Guarantee Income, maupun Project Support System Agreement.

Manajemen property tetap memegang peran sebagai penentu Kebijakan yang
berhubungan dengan tariff parkir, standar mutu kualitas dan kinerja yang diharapkan.
