Independent Commissioner Mr. Djamal has served as Minister of Transportation for Republic of Indonesia from 2007-2009, currently he is the Vice President of Indonesian Professional Engineer Association and head of Ground Transportation Advisory Council., and Chairman of PT Telkom tbk. He has also served as CEO for PT Dirgantara Indonesia, previously known as Industri Pesawat Terbang Nusantara (IPTN).
Mr. Djamal holds a Bachelors degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Gunawan has extensive experience in marketing and strategy formulation in his previous role as a partner at Accentures (previously known as Andersen Consulting) Jakarta office. Ms Hasiyanna S. Ashadi become Comissioner in 2012. Born in Bandung on Februari 5th 1960, she earned her bachelor degree from University of Indonesia in 1986 and Management Magister degree from Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen PPM in 2007.
She has extensive experience in Indonesia Travel industries such as a Managing Director of PT Marintur Indonesia and PT Marintur Bali. Ms Hasiyanna also active in Jakarta Regional Association of Indonesian Tours and Travel ( ASITA) as a Chairman since early 2012. Mr. Halim is currently the Managing Partner of Arghajata and has more than 26 years of professional experience in management and financial consulting. He was also a CEO in Earnst and Young for 5 years.He was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT JAS since June 2010.

Head of Food Solutions Mr. Nurjadin have had more than 27 years working experience, of which, 13 years is in aviation industry. He is currently the Chairman of JAE since 2005 and Chairman of JAS since 2007, and the Group CEO of Cardig International. He had also served as the CEO of JAS, CEO of PT Pangansari Utama and Chairman of PT Pangansari Utama. Prior to joining Cardig Group , Mr. Nurjadin was the CFO of Bimantara Citra . Before going to the real sector he was a senior executive in Peregrine and Bankers Trust.
Mr. Nurjadin holds an MBA from Pace University and a bachelors degree in Economics from University of Rochester, NY Mr. Kusumo has an extensive experience in real sectors investments and business development. He was Chairman of PT Nap Info Lintas Nusa, and a commisoner at PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta and PT Jas Aero Engineering.
