I. Activities:

Implementation of child health care services e.g. EPI, weight taking,
Vitamin A supplementation and Deworming, Operation Timbang
Implementation of maternal health care services during prenatal check up
e.g. Tetanus Toxoid Immunization among child bearing age women and
Mothers, Family Planning counseling
Coordinating Community Health Team
Assisting our RHP during consultation and giving medications.
Profiling and Updating PhilHealth members and dependents
Health teachings among the clients.
Participating in Measles mass vaccination.
Helping in making the Monthly and Quarterly reports.
Coordinating in welcoming the WHO representatives.
Coordinating in the planning of the August remaining activities.
Participating in the Schistosomiasis mass treatment.
Participating in the launching of Ligtas Tigdas program.

II. Learning/ Insights

As one of the health care provider, our greatest concern is to provide
maximum health promotion and disease prevention. And measles vaccine is one
of the essential vaccines that needs to give or inject in children not below 7monts
until the age of 5 years old. And I wish to impart this knowledge to every family in
our community because some of the family refused to give the said vaccines to
their children for some reasons.

III. Issues/ Concerns

During our mass measles vaccination, we find it hard to convince the
family to let us give the vaccine to their children for they have their own personal
issues about the vaccines we are giving to them.


IV. Recommendations

I hope to recommend that we should conduct a seminar regarding the
benefits of receiving those essential vaccines and some treatments for the
benefits of all families in the community.
I Hope that our good office will take into considerations the above
mentioned issues and concerns.
