University of Toronto, Placement Strength and Conditioning Coach September, 2014-Present

Assisted the Strength and Conditioning faculty in delivering various exercise programs for their varsity
teams. Responsible for setting up and supervising sessions while also assisting in daily tasks ranging
from data collection and cataloguing to equipment assembly and inventory in the Goldring Facility.









Personal Trainer/Rec Coordinator, Results Fitness Lifestyle January, 2014- Present

Training general population clients, offering corrective and strengthening exercise services at different
condominiums to help educate about exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Also responsible for maintenance
of the amenities and booking spaces in several buildings across Toronto.

Strength & Conditioning Coach, Etobicoke Invictus Rugby Club October, 2013-Present

Provides off-season training for sport specific improvement of athletic abilities and general movement.
Works with up to 15 athletes and other coaches in conjunction with another trainer to provide education
