January 2013-Current- Owner/Operator of JD Landscaping & Design LLC. Started my own

company doing landscape installs and design work. I am the operator of the entire company
solely. My responsibilities include keeping inventory, managing staff, meetings with clients,
keeping accurate accounting records, running and managing crews, etc. Since the start of my
business beginning with 0 customers in the almost 2 years of running my business I have
increased my clientele to over 200 customers in which this number rises each day.

Began as a runner within a couple months excelled in that position and became a trainer for new
food runners and was the veteran food runner. I was then promoted to a serving job within eight
months.
