NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Ref: Advertisement in various News Papers vide PID (I) 3393/13 & PID(I) 3394/14 dated
11
th
March, 2014 regarding Pre-Qualification of Emergency Maintenance works F.Y. 2013-
14 of NHA KPK Region.

1. National Highway Authority (Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Region) intends to execute the
Emergency Works (06 x contracts) of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Region F.Y 2013-14.

2. Pre-Qualified firms, who are duly informed in written may collect Bid Documents
from the office of the Director (Maint) KPK upto 6
th
June, 2014 on production of Demand
Draft /Pay Order of Rs. 2500/- (Non Refundable) and copy of call deposit in favour of
General Manager (KPK) NHA Peshawar or may download the same from NHA Website
(www.nha.gov.pk).

3. Sealed Tenders (One Original & One Photocopy) of works mentioned accompanied
with bid security (2% of the Bid price) Shall be received on 09
th
June, 2014 at 1200 hrs and
will be opened on the same day at 1230 hrs in the presence of the bidders or their
representative , who may like to attend.

4. Any additional information / clarification on these tenders may be obtained from the
office of Director (Maintenance) NHA Peshawar during office hours.

5. National Highway Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders as
per PPRA rules 2004 (amended 2006).
