Dear Jonh Mason:

I would like to change the hour the taxi would pass on, I prefered at 7:30 at the
principal entrance of my hotel, because if we have some inconvenient we could have
time to solve it or I can tell you with time and that way you can warn all the public
my delay. The equipment I will like to have are some markers, a white board, one
microphone, sheets of paper and some staff to help me to take care of the white
board and write when I am talking. And finally I would like to ask you if you can give
me a programme for me to know at what time I start my conference.
