3.0 Moving to Stuttgart, Germany
3.1 Before leaving India
Either it is first trip or one of many trips, we always forget some or the other item
to carry from India.
What is important? What is not? What we should do before coming to Germany?
The list goes on.!!!
I have tried to answer as much as possible..! Please send your comments

Bank:
Make sure you carry debit/credit cards from your Indian accounts. This
will help you to use internet banking and shopping option from Germany.

Make sure you register all your required receiver accounts, which will be
useful for doing online money transfer in India. If you forget, it may be
difficult* to add after coming to Germany, since you cannot access your
mobile for confirmation code. *For NRI/normal accounts who receive
confirmation code thru email, this point is not valid.

Keep your passwords/PIN in reach, you may forget over a time.

Talk with your bank manager regarding payment of Loan thru online
transfers and online approval.

4.0 Living in Stuttgart, Germany
4.1 Introduction to Stuttgart, Germany
Stuttgart, the city located between forests and vineyards, is an urban
community in Southwest Germany. As the state capital of Baden-Wrttemberg,
Stuttgart is not only an industrial city with world famous automobile companies
and state-of-the-art science and research facilities; Stuttgart is also a cultural city
that has made a name for itself through its renowned State Opera and ballet
programs, and the exceptional art collections at the State Gallery and the Gallery
of Stuttgart. (Source: www.stgt.com)

Stuttgart's main attractions are clearly the hilly landscape, the numerous
vineyards that stretch all the way to the city center, the many parks that make
Stuttgart one of the greenest cities in Germany and the mineral water fountains
that characterize this region as having the largest source of mineral water in
Western Europe.

area of well over 1000 square miles and a population of almost 3 million.
