Objective ____________________________________________________________________________
I would like to strengthen the Outside Plant team with my skill set.
Profile ______________________________________________________________________________
I am well organized, I plan the work; not letting the work plan me. I utilize employees strengths and use proven techniques to
build up their weaknesses, thus creating a stronger team. I can reprimand without degrading, be firm without being offensive and
listen objectively to areas of concern. Im not skimpy on the praise when it is deserved. In addition to the in house team, I manage
all of the independent contractors and vendors related to the outside plant construction.
At PMT I served as the Project Manager for the final five years of my employment, successfully completing a 1200+ mile fiber
optic ring around southern Idaho. My final project at PMT was to implement a digital headend over a hybrid fiber-coax network
including securing all of the content contracts.
At Syringa Networks I have executed franchise agreements with cities all along Utahs Wasatch Front, which has allowed for a 350+
mile fiber optic network to be built within a 20 month period. Working in conjunction with Utah Department of Transportation,
this build has been steamlined and economized to create a win-win-win for all parties involved.
