Infrastructure ISD Project Delivery
Led multi-million dollar Infrastructure projects to adhere to Information Systems Development Life
Cycle (ISDLC) utilizing Waterfall & Agile PMBOK-based methodology. Responsible for working
with the teams to develop project life cycle documents to include scope, objectives, design and
implementation. Facilitated and maintained project success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known
issues, to include post implementation.
Managed more than one project at a time with teams in-house, as well as virtually.
Responsible that all projects were delivered on time, on target and on budget.
Met with customers across divisions to determine their business needs and remained primary point of
contact throughout the life of the project. Facilitated WBS sessions with project team members and
incorporated into project tracking software.
Participated as the primary senior project specialist for three high visual project: End-of-Life
(hardware/decommission), Remedy (software) lead on IVR construction with assigned engineer,
and Wireless Cell Phone Infrastructure in the distribution centers.
Was a project specialist that reported to the program manager for Cloud Computing for all of
Walmart Corporate wide. Oversaw Infrastructure design with assigned engineers, managed the

Executives.

orders to track project changes.
