My Language

I choose to study french because Ive always been
interested with its language and culture. To study Im using
a website and some youtube channels.
Background
The french language was established in France and has
evolved from other languages.
Evolution
French is a romance language and belongs to the indo-
European family. It is descended from latin spoken during
the roman empire.
Evolution
French evolved from gallo-romance languages but became
the most important language spoken in France in the 17th
century.
Cultural Relativity
The language is spoken in 5 continents and is the official
language in 29 countries. These countries all have french
influence and most of them have been colonies of France
in the past.

Global Impact
French is one of the few languages spoken globally so its a
way that people around the world to connect to each other.
Reflection
I want to learn the impact of the language in America.
