Network Optimization Guideline
After the network is put into operation or after the network is expanded.
After the network is put into operation or expanded, the network is relatively poor. You
need to monitor the overall performance of the network, and supplement and modify the
aspects those are not considered in the network planning to improve the network quality
and efficiency.
Other information about the existing network (traffic statistics, alarms, subscriber
complaints, and historical optimization records)

Description
Preparations
for Network
Optimization
Before starting network optimization, find out existing network problems and
network optimization objective. Collect the related information and
documents. Prepare the necessary tools and software to ensure smooth
operation. Determine the final optimization objective according to the
requirements for a CDMA network. This item can be used to measure network
acceptance.
Single Site
Verification
Verify that the functions and services of a single site are normal and check
that the data configuration is consistent with the radio network planning.
Familiar yourself with the site conditions and collect the information about
the surrounding of the site to provide a basis for future optimization.
RF optimization is performed for site clusters, that is, more than one site
are grouped into a site cluster for optimization.

Ensure that KPIs of the entire wireless network meets the KPI requirements
determined in optimization preparations.
Generally, the following data is collected as the basis for radio network optimization:
