Recipe Name: Chicken Caesar Salad

Method:

Instruction

Spray a non-stick frying pan with oil. Heat over medium-high heat. Cook
the chicken for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked
through. Set aside to cool slightly. Thinly slice.

Use the non-stick frying pan to fry the bacon in the chicken fat
Cut the lettuce into shreds and combine the egg, lettuce, chicken, bacon
and the croutons.

Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked

Fry bacon in non-stick frying pan, until its pink and crispy.
Shred lettuce and combine with chicken, bacon, croutons and egg.
Garnish with parmesan cheese.
Clean up.
