Raising in cash games

$1/2 NL on party. I have $195 and open AJo for $8 in MP after a fold. Its 6 handed. Folds to
BB who calls.
Flop is J 10 3 rainbow
BB leads for $15, what is the correct way to play this hand?

I generally raise here and see the turn. Often, I'll check behind the turn and call/bet the river if
he calls flop.
Sometimes, I'll bet/fold the turn.
