ENLIGHT

GAME PROTOTYPE

Level 1

In this level the player will learn to move. There arent any challenges in this level, the player just
needs to find the exit

Level 2

This level will learn the player what the purpose of the game is. The player needs to explore all the
rooms of the level and light a fire inside that room. The yellow markings are lights that will guide the
player so he knows where to go. Because the environment will be entirely black.

Level 3

In this level the players learns how to blow up walls. There will always be an indicator that the
wall can be blown up by using a different color or place something in front of it.

Level 4

In this level the player meets the low-oxygen-rooms. In these rooms the fire will extinguish sooner
than in a regular room due to the low amount of oxygen inside the room.

Level 5

In this level the player will find some pickups these pickups will give the player some mana points.
He will need those mana points to blow up the wall that is blocking hes path.

Level 6

In this level there are no markings on the ground. The player will need to use hes torch to see
where hes going. A torch does not burn forever and cost mana points to enlighten a new one.

Level 7

Now things will get interesting. The player will encounter some enemies. Enemies will only attack the
player when its dark, so light up your torch if you dont want any company.

Level 8

Now for the penultimate level the player will have to use hes torch to light up the
ground markings. But be aware they only live for a certain amount of time, and we
already know what happens when its dark.

Level 9

In the final level the player will have the control over minions. The minions can keep the fire
alive for a longer amount of time. Be aware the minions dont have any defenses in other words
enemies can kill them or they can burn themselves when they come to close to the fire.
